An independent company specialising in matters relating to all types of fires and explosions caused by gas and volatile ignitable liquids. Combined, we have over 50 years experience in forensic science and fire investigation. We supply our services to legal and insurance sectors throughout the UK and worldwide.

Each case is dealt within the scope of our Management System and we hold Home Office approval as a subcontractor for the investigation of fire scenes. Every instruction is treated with the greatest respect and confidentiality. Our aim is to achieve client satisfaction with every case.
International Clients
We have been instructed by clients worldwide including Bangladesh, Grand Cayman, Germany, Gibraltar and the UN. We are able to attend fire scenes, attend meetings, provide reports and give expert testimony abroad at short notice. Reports for our international clients are provided on the same timely basis and following the same quality standards as for our national clients.
Fire Scenes Contaminated with Asbestos
Most of us know that asbestos is harmful to our health. However did you know that it can be found in properties built or modified prior to 2000? Whilst it is whole and encapsulated within undamaged materials then it will not cause us any danger. Following a fire these materials can become damaged and broken up and this releases the asbestos fibres in to the air. We have been trained to work in scene contamination with white asbestos (chrysotile) and to understand the requirements for working with other types of asbestos. We have appropriate equipment and decontamination procedures to maintain the safety of those working within the scene and those they encounter after they have left the scene.
