Risk to Life Assessment

We can give an opinion on whether or not a fire could potentially have endangered the lives of the occupants of a premises as part of an in-depth risk to life assessment. If a fire was discovered and extinguished early in its development we can also give an opinion on the potential spread of a fire, including smoke and hot gases, following an incident and whether or not that spread could have endangered any occupants or persons in neighbouring properties. These endangerment assessments can be done via a scene visit to view the building structure and safety features or by a review of the photographs taken at the scene at the time of the incident.

Assessments are not always this straightforward.
